Christmas Parade Outreach

paradeoutreachbanner

This year the Bring The Noiz Evangelism Team has been invited to join with fellow Evangelist Sean Kelsey in his effort to pass out as many gospel tracts at as many Central Florida Christmas parades as possible. Sean has had great success in the past handing out 5,000 tracts per parade and with 6 parades on schedule this year there will be over 30,000 tracts being distributed.

We are looking for more people to join us in this effort. Sean has agreed to provide the tracts if we provide the bodies! So if you are looking to step out of your comfort zone and join the great commission please join us. Contact me at noiz (at) bringthenoiz.com

What a wonderful joyous season it is. A time for remembering dear friends and
family. A time for a warm fire in the fireplace and the smiles and laughter of children
playing with newly opened Christmas toys. A time to reach out to a neighbor or
someone in need with a warm smile and a hug. What fun it is to see all the Christmas
lights, Christmas trees, Santa Clause and all the reindeer. Remember the song “He’s making a list, He’s checking it twice… he’s gonna find out who’s naughty or nice?”
What if Santa used the Ten Commandments as his standard of naughty or nice, how
would you do? Let’s find out… Have you ever lied? Have you ever stolen anything?
(No matter the value.) Ever used God's name in vain? The breaking of these rules defines what sin is. There is another seven of the commandments we can look at but
we do not need to, because the Bible says in (James 2:10) “For whoever keeps the
whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it,” or in other
words, if you have broken even one, then you are a sinner. The truth is, it is not Santa
who determines who is good or bad, but God on Judgment Day. The Bible states (in
Hebrews 9:27) “And it is appointed to men once to die, but after this the judgment.”
Many people don't know that God will use the Ten Commandments to judge the
world. Forget about Santa, "naughty" and "nice"... how will you do on Judgment
Day? Would you be innocent or guilty of breaking God’s laws? Your guilt remains,
even if you committed these sins years or decades ago. If you are reasonable, you
will see that you will be guilty, and that means eternity in Hell. The good news is
that's not God's will. Over 2,000 years ago on CHRISTmas, God sent Jesus to the
earth for you, not Santa. The Bible expresses it like this: "God commends his love
toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). God
promises eternal life to those who repent, confess and forsake their sins and place
their faith in Jesus Christ alone to save them. Confess your sins to God (name them),
repent and forsake them once and for all. You can choose to pay for your own sin by
spending eternity in hell, or you can choose to let Jesus Christ pay for your sin, which
He already did on the cross. Choosing Christ is the best Christmas present you could
ever give yourself and your family! Don't put it off until tomorrow... You may not
have tomorrow. Read your Bible and obey what you read. God will never let you
down. For more information on your next step go to www.LivingWaters.com

  1. Wish I could be down there with you........I pray the Holy Spirit brings many under conviction and I pray that God is glorified through every tract and witness encounter.

By the way...how big is that tract......that's an awesome Gospel presentation on what looks like a business sized card.

  2. I think its actually a bit bigger than a business card, but not quite a postcard. It actually has the first quarter of the message on the front, so the font size is readable. I just edited the image for the blog.
